Once I began reading The Orenda I found it difficult to stop.
The characters were so real that I half expected to look up and see them
standing there. The way each character was described left a distinct impression
on me.
I would recommend this
book to those who enjoy an intense and thrilling story. However, I would
caution those who are squeamish as this book incorporates some of the more
brutal aspects of the mid 1600’s. This adventure-filled book should be read by
a mature audience due to its violent content. Many characters experience brutal
deaths and none of the gory details are censored.
